The ‘Society for Human Resource Management’ SHRM had organised an event at Hotel Novotel, Hyderabad on the 26th and 27th of April, 2018, to give companies a chance to showcase their existing strategy and future prospects in the department of human resource. Reliance industries had a few ideas and wanted to present them in an interactive and innovative way at SHRM India’s event that would ensure maximum user engagement.

Xenium Digital introduced the ideas at the HR conference through a user-friendly medium that would include an Interactive knob which will speak about, ‘Share-a-ride’, ‘Smart Work’ and Learnet. When the user rotates the interactive knob that builds his curiosity, the various topics are revealed, clicking on any of these options, provides the user with all the information in a way where he is enlightened and informed without the medium being uninteresting. While a Multitaction unit with parallel output would showcase Reliance’s HR structure in detail with its multi-point, touch-based interface with pinch to zoom feature would give the user a tablet-like experience only the screen being the size of a dining table for better interaction. Xenium’s setup generated a lot of curiosity amongst the participants of the event, which resulted in them approaching the kiosk and getting a first-hand experience of RI’s ideas. Besides understanding everything that Reliance had to say, the users were mesmerised by the futuristic technology and touch-based interface that kept them engrossed. It encouraged them to dwell further into the content without it being dull and monotonous like how traditional medium of communication would end up being. All and all the solutions provided by Xenium helped Reliance meet its requirements for the event.
