KONE Oyj, an international engineering and service company with active operations across the globe and a presence across 60 countries. KONE Pte Ltd, established in Singapore is now one of the fastest-growing elevator and escalator companies in Singapore.
They recently launched 24/7 connected services that will keep its users informed regarding the condition of Kone's elevators and escalators. The 24/7 Connected Services, will now be able to predict, maintain and take action before the occurrence of any kind of breakdown. What it means for the customers, is improved safety, complete transparency and peace of mind, because if something is about to happen, they would have already known about it.
KONE wanted to create a community that would enable all its customers to stay connected with their services under one roof. To do so, they wanted to build a solution that will enable the audience to perform multiple tasks, such as knowing about the latest offerings, having complete control in the registration process, participating in polls, providing feedback and sharing suggestions, etc.
Rather than developing multiple apps for every event, a single branded enterprise app can serve as the foundation for all the events.
KONE had a mega launch event. The core objective was to showcase how KONE’s 24/7 connected services would appeal to the audience. Xenium helped KONE create this application that would be their one-stop hub for the proceedings of the event. The application would have features such as registering for the event, establishing the agenda of the event, showcasing the list of speakers, giving their opinions through polls, sharing feedbacks, suggestions and providing highlights of the event in an interactive manner. This would enable Kone and its customers to create a network and stay connected at all times.
