Introduction

Conveying an idea is the preliminary step, the seed to an ocean of possibilities. The idea can provide a much required indigenous solution to amplify the problem-solving process.

How do you
showcase
an idea?

In the simplest manner, one could just narrate it.

To take things further, one could sketch it.

Take it even further, one could illustrate it on a professional level.

Add a few words to it.

Now support it with a few reference videos.

If you put it into perspective, those are many ways to showcase an idea.

Those many ways require many means as well.

The Brief

WNS is known to manage processes.
Backend processes to be specific.

They face challenges related to anomalies in processes and inconsistencies regarding the same.

Showcasing the way their backend functions, making functional changes, brainstorming and collaborating to arrive at powerful conclusions.

WNS had a problem.

How to showcase an idea? Xenium gave the answer.

And the answer to it was a user driven experience centre.

The WNS
Experience Centre

The welcome zone

controlled by the Digital Toolkit, welcomes the visitor. The DTK app, gives the user the option to upload the client’s credentials, relevant content, in the form of visuals and videos.

The Digital Toolkit also allows the host to control the uploaded presentation and play the content on various installations.

The Co-creation Zone

A place where the content is displayed, it encourages the visitor to browse through it, interact with it first-hand. It lets other stakeholders and participants interact with the content remotely with the help of the MT Canvus, make changes with the help of the Digital Whiteboard and add their thoughts to it.

The Lounge Area

Reflecting on the presented content, interacting with gamified installations, taking opinions over a self-balancing robot-based video conference and most importantly making business decisions based on the showcased content. The Lounge Area lets the visitors and the Host settle down, discuss, conclude.

The WNS experience centre is the perfect instrument to resonate an idea, create a melodious track of business-driven solutions.

Truly, a masterpiece.

A symphony of experiences.

WNS Global

A global business process management company, as the term suggests has to be an expert in processes relevant to various domains. The key here was to allow them to tailor the content every single time a new client walks in. Give the client a cohesive experience that goes beyond their expertise in the business and put it across in an extremely impressive manner. The experience centre had to be dynamic, evolving and effortless to operate.

The experience

We showcased our expertise in space design, interiors, programming and hardware, putting together a unique experience centre. The theme and content of which could be customised with the help of our proprietary application, ‘The Digital Toolkit’ or DTK. This one stop application that can control, make changes and customise the content throughout the experience centre based on the clients or the topic of discussion. The programming coupled with the technological solutions and them being seamlessly integrated with the help of the DTK makes this experience centre an end-to-end immersive solution.

Conclusion

The Experience Centre we created can be a platform to host events, seminars, make presentations, have discussions, the possibilities are endless. With just minor upgrades and timely maintenance, the experience centre can be the hub to host multiple activities for years to come.
